Take a walk with the Newton Chapter of Mothers Out Front. Join us to learn about our work and socialize with other members.
On our walk, we will explore Oak Hill Park, Newton’s memorial neighborhood to WWII veterans. Discover a planned community with a small shopping center and off road paths designed for children to walk safely to school. The small 3 bedroom homes were built in the ’40s with government loans for returning veterans. You will see why this neighborhood is now where the highest number of tear-downs occur.
