THE NOSE KNOWS
METHANE GAS LEAKS UNDER YOUR FEET
Brookline Gas Leaks Scavenger Hunt Rules
Locate a yellow flag marking one of the 350+ methane gas leaks in Brookline. Flags are yellow, labeled with a nose and #FixLeaksFirst.
Take a photo of the flag with or without yourself, include the flag’s location and tag with #FixLeaksFirst in a post to facebook.com/BrooklineMOF or to Twitter @BrooklineMOF.*
Winners who find the most flags will be featured on our Mothers Out Front Brookline website after April 9th and in the Brookline TAB.
A map showing all the gas leak locations is in the Main Public Library on Washington St in Brookline. We've marked some of the more clustered gas leaks. Want to check your home? The full Google map Brookline gas leaks was created by HEET based on the data provided by the utilities.
