Bimina comes to Mothers out front with a background in storytelling. As a Journalist, she spent a decade in New York City covering stories of the South Asian population in Queens on education, immigration, culture and social issues. She immigrated to the US from Kathmandu, Nepal in her late teens to pursue quality education and graduated from Columbia Graduate school for Journalism with a focus on video and audio production. She is inspired by Mothers Out front’s mission to empower individuals and their community to educate and take action against climate change. Bimina currently lives in Boulder with her partner and loves to hike, travel, cook and watch true crime thrillers, in her down time.
