Kansas City Monthly Meeting: Why 2021 is KCMO’s Chance to Go Big on Climate Action

Date: February 22, 2021
Time: 6pm - 7pm CT
Location: Zoom,

Join us this month to learn why 2021 is KCMO’s chance to go big on climate action as they update their 2008 Climate Protection Plan and modernize their building efficiency codes.

We will be welcoming Lara Isch, Sustainability Manager for the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Jeremy Knoll, Associate Principal at BNIM Architects and founder of Historic Green. Ms. Isch will introduce the many pieces and parts that make up the climate action plan while Mr. Knoll will discuss how green, regenerative buildings are an important part of the plan. They will also share how you can be a voice for kids you love and provide input into these processes to ensure our kids and communities are being put first.

It’s going to be a big year! We hope to see you there!
