Guest speaker, Lucia Dolan’s focus on transportation promotes healthy, walkable communities. She is currently co-chair of several transportation committees in Newton – LWV, 350, and GreenNewton. Lucia advocates for electrifying trains and buses, beginning with those running through environmental justice communities, and for improving train and bus services so they can become a viable transportation alternative to single-occupancy vehicles.
