You can strike from anywhere that day!
Can’t show up in person on 9/20?
Here’s what you can do.
Not everyone can join Greta Thunberg and others across the world in person at the climate strikes on September 20. However, if you want to strike and show your support, we have a way!
We’ve developed a way you can march on social media. It’s simple! Just use our badge to show you are a virtual climate striker by changing your profile picture for that day and create a post explaining why you did so. See below for easy-to-use tools on FaceBook, Twitter and/or Instagram.
Your profile will have the frame added and you can add a post about why you updated your profile picture.
Sample Post: Today I’m joining the #ClimateStrikes by changing my profile picture to show I’m a #VirtualClimateStriker as a member of @MothersOutFront. I demand immediate action on the climate crisis and urge everyone to do the same.
