The 58 attendees later phoned and emailed state legislators requesting support for two bills, S.722 and H.2640, that would enable local pension boards to divest from fossil fuels. Climate Action Calls organized by Mothers Out Front give participants information about critical climate issues, time to take meaningful action, and the chance to connect with fellow advocates, all in less than an hour.
