She got her start organizing as a college student fighting coal corporations’ influence in St. Louis, and was trained at the GreenCorps field school for organizing where she fought coal and gas projects in North Texas. At 350.org and 350 Action, she helped grow and train an energized national climate community, from channeling the boiling energy of the youth fossil fuel divestment movement, to fighting fossil fuel infrastructure, to putting political candidates in the hot seat on their climate policy.
