Her most recent position was Operations Associate with Arts Consulting Group, an distributed arts management firm, where she lead onboarding of new staff, served on the internal DEI committee, and facilitated internal equity sessions led by Dr. Arlene Ford of Equity Inquiry. Before this, Sarah was Personnel Recruitment and Engagement Assistant with DC Design Ltd, where she led an initiative to hire applicants of color and other marginalized groups for their “Design the Future” virtual STEM and Design Thinking education program.
