MA: Planting for Pollinators and a Healthy Future

Date: June 15, 2023
Time: 7:30pm - 8:30pm ET
Location: online, Massachusetts

Join us to learn how our plant choices can benefit pollinator populations and our future. Members of Healthy Soils, Livable Future action group of Mothers Out Front will share recommendations for what to plant in our region to nourish native pollinators.

Pollinators support biodiversity and a livable climate. Though pollinator populations are critical to our survival, many are rapidly declining. A majority of the world’s flowering plants and 35% of our food crops depend on pollinators (usda.gov)

You can help by planting a diverse group of native pollinator-friendly plants in your garden, on your deck, or windowsill. No space is too small to contribute!

This webinar will address what is causing the decline of pollinator populations, and which native plants we can plant to best support pollinators in this region.
